Martin & Serveras supplier portal
The supplier portal is our common platform for exchanging information between us at Martin & Servera and our suppliers. 

Via the supplier portal, you as a supplier can:

  • Take part in news and information.
  • Notify price adjustments for the price windows.
  • Enter additional item information.
  • See your items and which of these that has an image attached to them.
  • Get access to statistics.
  • Book and manage promotions.
  • Respond to tender support and item requests.
  • Administer your business and contact information and add users.

How to register to the supplier portal

The vast majority of Martin & Serveras suppliers already use the supplier portal.  If you have not yet registered, we would like you to do so as soon as possible, so that you get access to the functionality of the portal. It is important that you register. You should have received an invitation from us when we started our collaboration. The invitation also includes an instruction template that you follow to easily log in and register. If you have not yet received an invitation or do not have your invitation available, please contact us and we will help you.

Once you have registered to the supplier portal and added a main contact, you can easily manage the contact information yourself and add more users.

Questions and answers about the supplier portal

Below you will find answers to some common questions about Martin & Serveras supplier portal.

How do I orientate myself in the portal?

In the main menu under Infocenter, you will find instructions for the features that the portal covers.

Can I add more users to the portal?

The person who has the role administrator in the portal can add users and assign different permissions. Only one user in your company can be an administrator. If you are the administrator, add a user by going to the main menu and select the Admin icon. Then select the green button to assign permissions and invite the new user. Select the yellow button to hand over the role of administrator to another user.

What does additional article information mean?

Additional item information means information which is not included in the GS1-standard. This might be information that is particular to our specific supplier or customer relationship, or information that is not submitted in the standard trade item information. Examples of such information is product characteristics, features and various attributes like colors, product materials, dimensions, product variations and so on. Other information that is not submitted as standard is price information, such as list price, product support and market discounts.

We will notify you via auto-generated emails directly in the supplier portal when we request additional item information from you.
 

How do I fill in additional article information in the supplier portal?

Here you will find instructions on how to proceed.

I can't find the feature Additional item information in the portal, what do I do?

This is because you have not been assigned permission to that feature. Ask the person who is the administrator to add you as a user and assign you the permission called Supplier.

Where can I find my statistics?

In the menu on the left in the portal, you will find various menu options that will help you further in the system. Under the heading My company you will find the tab for Report/Statistics.

How do I notify my price adjustments?

Here is a file explaining how you notify price adjustments. In the main menu in the supplier portal, under Infocenter, you will also find an instructional video that takes you through the process of price adjustments.

How do I log in if I am registered for several companies in the portal?

Go to the main menu and click on your personal name. Select Profile. There you will find a drop-down list and can switch between the companies you are registered for.
