During this course, you will gain basic knowledge of the Alcohol Act and understanding of the obligations and rights that come with working in the service of alcoholic beverages.

This online training is aimed at those who work in a business that serves alcoholic beverages. We recommend that waitresses, waiters, bartenders, dishwashers/bussers, security guards, and door hosts complete this training.

The training covers the parts of the Alcohol Act that staff in an alcohol-serving establishment must know in order not to risk losing their serving license. Authorities today require that those who work with alcohol service have "the necessary knowledge." In this training, we make sure you gain that knowledge.

The course is aimed at those who work in a restaurant business and who want to feel confident that they have the knowledge required to professionally offer alcoholic beverages.
